Travel Solutions Influencer Ski Trip

Working with our client Travel Solutions on an influencer strategy is a key and integral part of building on their digital strategy to generate brand awareness and bookings. We firstly wanted to focus on promoting their incredible ski offering. So, how did we create a successful influencer campaign to promote their ski holidays? Well, keep reading to find out more.

First and foremost, we researched influential content creators across the island of Ireland who we believe would be a good fit for the brand. After a discussion with the Travel Solutions team on our chosen content creators, we then got invites designed by our Design team and sent them out. Then we waited...well, we didn’t have to wait long at all, as all four content creators got back to us with a unanimous yes! So, who were the content creators? They were:

On Monday 13th March,
it was time to go to Borovets!

The Travel Solutions Marketing Manager Laura and our Digital Account Director Demi, were also heading out on the trip to capture content and look after the group (while obviously bringing the best hospitality and craic, of course!). From arriving in Dublin Airport, the capturing of content started and this continued throughout the whole trip.

During the week, we captured content that we would be able to utilise on Travel Solutions digital channels, brochures and other marketing activity in the future. We captured content of the Rila Hotel, ski and snowboarding lessons, sledging, quad biking in the Borovets mountains, night skiing, nights out in Borovets and so much more! All while having the best time with Tadhg, Derry, Emma & Rory! When you get a fantastic group of content creators all together, the creative juices get flowing and the ideas, collaborations and content that they generated was simply incredible. They all posted and shared their own creative content on their Instagram, Facebook & TikTok channels, which reached both their own audiences and Travel Solutions audience too. This trip created amazing friendships, collaborations, lots of laughter and memories that will last a lifetime. To say we were all sad to go home on the last day would be a big understatement!

During the influencer campaign, we seen a strong increase in bookings, a huge rise in enquiries and the brand presence of Travel Solutions has been seen by audiences across the island of Ireland. Influencer marketing is vital to incorporate into a marketing strategy to build brand awareness, reach new audiences, generate content and increase bookings and revenue.

With the staggering results that we achieved through this influencer campaign and comments from the public such as ‘this is the collaboration we never knew we needed’, a reunion trip is currently in the planning stages!
