We’re looking for a curious and creative Junior Designer to join our studio team. Someone with an intuitive understanding of advertising, design, social and video, with the ability to execute from brief to final output.

Finance Manager

The Role:
  • 37.5 Hours per week
Purpose:
  • To manage the finance team within the business, delivering on strategic business objectives and providing timely management information to key business stakeholders.
Role Priorities:
  • Track and report on business performance and profitability to ensure business objectives are met
  • Manage cash flow within the business
  • Facilitate and support finance assistants to perform and develop
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the month end process to produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
  • Facilitation and support of Finance Assistants to ensure objectives are met
  • Prepare and monitor company rolling budget
  • Provide forecasts for future financial periods for a variety of business stakeholders
  • Process monthly company Payroll and pension scheme
  • Manage daily cash flow within the business including:
    • Oversee Commercial Finance administration
    • Ensure compliance with audit recommendations
    • Currency/FX transfers
  • Dealing with Suppliers including:
    • Making decisions on supplier payment requests and communicating payment dates with suppliers
    • Processing weekly payment run
  • Monitor credit control within the business recommending credit terms and managing problem customers
  • Develop relationships and produce information for key business stakeholders when required including:
    • Company accountants
    • Investors
    • Government organisations
  • HMRC & Revenue Commissioners Compliance including:
    • PAYE RTI Returns
    • VAT Returns
    • Irish VAT Returns
The Person (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders including colleagues, directors, investors and auditors
  • Adaptable to change and open to new ideas with a growth mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver on pre-set objectives
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel essential
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office 365 desirable
  • Experience with Sage 50 Accounts or other accounting software package desirable
  • Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant desirable
  • Experience within the advertising or marketing industry desirable but by no means essential
