The main navigation was designed to incorporate the most common categories representing the main Martin Phillips product range. The UI and UX designed to tackle customer problems with simple solutions.
An advanced mega menu was introduced to allow customers to browse by sub-category. For example: room choice, colour, type and price options. This search filter allows users quick access to meet their specific requirements.
Overall site search auto-complete helps users navigate to specific ranges or types by making suggestions as they type. The ability to order a sample, book a measure and a favourites options for comparisons were also added to help ease customer buying decisions. A room visualiser was incorporated to assist customers where the ‘seeing is believing’ approach would benefit in closing the sale.
