This involved the provision of a new core brand identity and associated branding assets. Detailed customer research on the current brand identity was undertaken. This research along with the client’s aspirations for the organisation were used to fashion a new relevant brand identity.
Elements designed to date include the new brand logo, full stationery suite including letterheads and business cards, email signatures, POS items, merchandising, signage, posters and a suite of core brochures. Copywriting support was also provided to bring a new friendly tone of voice to all communication to match the new brand personality, conscious of the seriousness of the information that needs to be communicated.
The design of the core selling brochures for Co-Own and Rent-to-Own was a major part of the rebrand process. Complex information needed to be distilled and refined before the design concepts were presented, proofed, amended and signed-off before going out to potential new home owners.
So far the new brand and brand position has been extremely well received in the marketplace.
We worked with Walker Communications to develop a new brand and supporting communications material thereafter. They took a strategic approach to developing the brand, carrying out research groups to understand both customer and staff perceptions of the brand, coupling this with what the organisation was trying to achieve and the changes we were going through.
We are extremely happy with the outcome of the brand work and the way Walkers project managed it from start of finish. The team we worked with were highly professional and really understood the ethos of our brand and what we are here to do. This can be seen in the design and language of our communcations.
The new brand has given Co-Ownership the capability to move into the digital world, which we have done with a new online application. The clean, simple and bright layouts have made it easy to communicate through a range of media. From board members to stakeholders, we regularly receive feedback on how well the branding looks at events and online, and we believe it will continue to make a strong impact for years to come.
