Customer Appreciation Day
Molson Coors launched their Pouring Rights Partnership with Down Royal by hosting a customer appreciation day for 500 of their key customers. The event was attended by bar and off trade owners, along with their staff, who were invited by Molson Coors to thank them for their role in the continued success of Coors Light, Carling, Pravha and the full range of Molson products.
The team at Walkers managed everything from the invite design, follow up emails and phone calls to ensure that we had a full room on the day, event branding, room dressing and providing a warm welcome for all guests as they arrived… an underestimated element in making sure we set the right tone for a successful event.
The day itself was a huge success with almost 500 customers filling the hospitality suite, making this the largest customer event held by Molson Coors on the Island of Ireland. Post event, thank you messages have flooded in to the team at Molson, along with requests to make sure that this successful event happens again next year.
In handing over the event management to Walkers, this allowed the team at Molson to arrive at the venue feeling relaxed, prepared and in the perfect frame of mind to network with their customers.
