What is your role?

Account Manager

When did you join Walker?

15th August 2016

What is a typical day in the life of an Account Manager?

I get to work before 9am (keen bean!) and get a head start for the day before the noise makers come in. There’s no shortage of tea, coffee, laughs, discussing the news, planning our fictional weddings and scrolling Instagram. But it’s also heads down as I deal with client queries, catch up with suppliers and brief the studio team for the day. Most importantly I enter the Cash Call before 5pm and have that all important amount close by, you never know when John Kearns will be calling my number!

Why did you choose Walker?

Growing up I knew I was destined for the bright lights of Hollywood... quickly realising I was a homebird I decided to choose the Holywood a little closer to Magherafelt. Walker was of course the obvious choice!

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?

I love going for a brisk jog... to the off license via the chippy.

What three words would your colleagues use to describe you?

Cold as ice... but I’m a softie really.

What’s your get up and dance song?

Calvin Harris – Ready for the Weekend! I’ve played it every Friday morning during lockdown while dancing round the kitchen to remind myself what day of the week it is.

What’s your most used emoji?

marie emojis

If you had to pick 3 celebrities, living or dead, to host a dinner party for, who would you choose?

Stacy Solomon, Holly Willoughby and Bradley Walsh.... Hoping I get spotted by ITV and become an extra on Emmerdale.
