The first post covid business conference was always going to be special. Bringing people back together catching up with peers and colleagues in person. Reviewing the extraordinary circumstances. The conference pulls together the retail store brands of SuperValu, Centra and Mace alongside the parent Musgrave brand
1 - Day time. the business conference, looking forward and planning ahead with innovative insights.
2 - Night time. Awards ceremony to showcase and recognise Musgrave NI and its independent retailers across the SuperValu, Centra and Mace brands.
Our role was to produce video content and graphics for the business event as well as conceptualise, plan, design and deliver the night time awards ceremony.
Walker met regularly with Musgrave and coordinated the various teams involved including the AV team, event dressing team, the host and promotional staff, band, DJ and after dinner entertainment. This allowed us to plan, organise and manage the event successfully.
We designed the set and supporting print and advertising collateral for the event. This included invitations, banners and way finding, menus and posters. A large part of the evening show was to digitally produce a seamless on screen experience for the audience. Our design and motion graphics team worked to deliver stunning visual effects to enhance the recognition of staff and glamour of the event.
On the run up and throughout the event we liaised with teams on the ground to ensure everything went as planned. We go through rehearsals the day before to minimise errors. However, live events take on a life of their own and as a team we are able to adapt and respond to evolving circumstances. This gives reassurance and confidence to the client and allows them time to enjoy the event while we are in the directors box ‘calling the show’ on the night.
