Quayside Advertising & Brand Awareness
Shopping Centre Awareness Campaign
Through an integrated campaign of above and below the line marketing, Walker Communications have fast forwarded the presence of Quayside Shopping Centre amongst shoppers in the North West.
From fashion shows, scary Halloween promotions to largest turn out for Santa in a number of years Autumn/Winter 2011 has been busy for Quayside.
The variety of both events and marketing has saw brand awareness and perception levels increase among Sligo shoppers, encouraging greater footfall into the centre.
Walker Communications has also brought a consistency of message, advertising style and tone of voice to the marketing activities, giving customers a greater sense of constancy and stability to the centre.
One of the biggest successes was one of the simplest. Tagged around our busy Christmas grotto period, we ran a simple ‘win and iphone’ flyer competition to encourage the development of our email database. With over 750 forms filled in with the email (and hundreds more without) we have built a significant database with which to communicate with our customers in 2012 with news, events and offers. A refreshed website and social media strategy (facebook) we are building a strong online community for Quayside.
